He says that there was no one equally intelligent to Dr.Amedkar in his time as far as constitutions were concerned. पहले दलित लोगो का बजट कम कर दिया पिछले साल केजरीवाल गवर्नमेंट ने ओर फिर उस में से भी 23% बजट के पैसे खर्च नही किए केजरीवाल सरकार ने. यह सब दलित विरोधी नही तो क्या है? दलित लोगो के वोट ले कर सरकार बनाया इस बनिया-ब्राह्मण पार्टी ने ओर दलित लोगो पर ही ज़ुलाम कर रही है. शर्म करो दलित बजट के चोर केजरीवाल.
2014-15 में बनिया केजरीवाल ने 709.87 करोड़ का फंड आवंटित किया था दलित लोगो के लिए जो की पहले हे 75% कम था.
लेकिन इसमें से सिर्फ 545.96 करोड़ ही खर्च किया गया. इस तरह 163.91 करोड़ लैप्स/बर्बाद हो गया.
केजरीवाल गवर्नमेंट ने 2016-17 के लिए 46,600 करोड़ का बजट पेश किया है. इसमें 20,600 करोड़ प्लान बजट है. जनसंख्या के लिहाज से दिल्ली में अनुसूचित जाति के लिए
3460 करोड़ रुपये का आवंटन होना चाहिए, लेकिन असल में सिर्फ 715.17 करोड़ आवंटित किया गया. जबकि यह पिछले साल के आवंटन के मुकाबले भी 92.15 करोड़ कम है.
दलित लोगो के वोट ले कर सरकार बनाया इस बनिया-ब्राह्मण पार्टी ने ओर दलित लोगो पर ही ज़ुलाम कर रही है.

Angry Buddha – Documentary on Romas (Untouchables of Europe) & Jai Bhim Network, Hungary. Jai Bhim Network is an organisation running schools in Hungary on the name of Babasaheb Ambedkar and following Babasaheb’s footsteps.
They exist at the edges of society and are considered troublesome and backwards. However, János Orsòs, a Romani from eastern Hungary, has taken a new approach. János founded a school inspired by the Buddhism of B.R. Ambedkar, who freed millions of Indians from the stigma of ‘untouchability’. Full of hope and fury, János fights for a better future for his pupils, the ‘untouchables’ of Europe.

ROHITH VEMULA was a research scholar at the University of Hyderabad (UoH). In Life he inspired through his activism and in the wake of his institutional murder has now come to symbolize Dalit Bahujan and adivasi revolution in India.
Months of sparring with ABVP groups on campus led to rohith and 4 other dalit students being unfairly suspended in a casteist hearing by the UOH Administration. Significantly the basis of the students suspension was the involvement of the Minister of Human dievelopments condemnation that their anti-caste organizing was in fact anti-national. In protest, they camped outside the hostel in an area they termed “Velivada” (Dalit ghetto). the toll of being politically targetd by the administration for his activism and with the increasing burdens of his scholarly and financial loses led to him tragically taking his life.
In his poignant note he wrote “The value of a man was reduced to his immediate identity and nearest possibility. To a vote. To a number. To a thing. Never was a man treated as a mind. As a glorious thing made up of stardust.”
The loss of a brilliant young Dalit man , enraged the campus, the nation and the world. And has create a vibrant new movement asking for the end of caste apartheid and the passing of a Rohith Act to protect marginalized students on campus. This first day in Dalit History Month, we honor the spirit of Rohith Vemula, our revolutionary brother. We raise our fists in a show of solidarity for all marginalized students in their ongoing fight and salute the spirit of Radhika Vemula, the Dalit mother, who is continuing to fight for justice for her son.

I have your letter concerning the case of the Negroes of America and the untouchables in India before the United Nations. As you says a small organization of American Negroes, the National Negro Congress has already made statement which I am enclosing. I think however, that a much more comprehensive statement well documented will eventually will laid before the United nations by the National Association for the Advancement of colored people. If this is done, I shall be glad to send you a copy.
I have often heard of your name and work and of course have every sympathy with the Untouchables of India. I shall be glad to be of any service I can render if possible in the future.

17 जनवरी को हैदराबाद केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के एक छात्र रोहित वेमुला कोप्रशासन की तरफ से लगातार बने हुए भेदभाव और अपमान ने आत्महत्या कीओर धकेल दिया. इस संस्थागत हत्या ने सारे विश्वविद्यालय समुदाय कोझंकझोर कर रख दिया. भारतीय जनता पार्टी के सांसद बंडारू दत्तात्रेय कारोहित वेमुला सहित ४ और दलित छात्र और आंबेडकर स्टूडेंट्स एसोसिएशन केकार्यकर्ताओं पर ‘देश – द्रोही’ होने का आरोप लगाना, उन छात्रों के निलम्बन के लिए मानव संसाधन मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी का दबाव बनाना, और कुलपति पी.अप्पा राव का इन छात्रों को न केवल निलम्बित करना पर उनका सामाजिकबहिष्कार करना, इन सभी कारणों ने रोहित को अपनी जान लेने पर मजबूर करदिया. आज इन सब मुद्दों को नज़रअंदाज़ करते हुए, पी. अप्पा राव, जो की रोहित की हत्या के लिए साफ़ तौर पर ज़िम्मेदार है, अपनी गद्दी पर वापस लौट आया है. और आते ही उसने विश्वविद्यालय परिसर को एक जंग का मैदान बना दिया. २२ मार्च २०१५ को जब इस बात का विरोध करने विद्यार्थी इकठ्ठा हुए, तब उन पर तेलंगाना पुलिस, सी.आर.पी.एफ. और आर.ए.एफ. की फ़ोर्स ने बर्बरता से हमला किया. विद्यार्थियों और शिक्षकों पर इस क्रूर और गैर – संवैधानिक हमले ने विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में आपातकाल जैसी स्थिति बना दी. विद्यार्थियों को हथियारबंद फ़ोर्स ने खींचते और खदेड़ते हुए, विश्वविद्यालय के गेट के बाहर कर दिया, उनके साथ लगातार गाली-गलौंच और मार-पीट की, बहुत सारी महिला विद्यार्थियों को बलात्कार की धमकियां दी गई और पुलिस यौन हिंसा पर उतर आई. पुलिस वैन और कस्टडी में भी मार-पीट की गई और प्रशासन ने मेस बंद करवा दी और बिजली और इंटरनेट की सेवाएं रद्द करवा दी.
हैदराबाद केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के प्रशासन, तेलंगाना पुलिस, और भ.ज.पा. के मंत्री-नेताओं की मिली-भगत ये साफ़ तौर पे दर्शाती है की ब्राह्मणवादी हिंदुत्व फ़ासीवाद किस कदर हमारे समाज में अपनी जड़ें जमा चूका है. एक अन्यायपूर्ण व्यवस्था के खिलाफ और अपने अधिकारों के लिए आवाज़ उठाने वाले विद्यार्थियों पर ये दमन, एक लोकतंत्र कहलाने वाले देश में अपना विरोध ज़ाहिर करने के लिए सिकुड़ते स्थानों और संसाधनों की तरफ इशारा करता है.
FTII से लेकर JNU तक सारे उच्च शिक्षा संस्थानों पर ये हमले, सत्ताधारी सरकार की प्रतिरोध की आवाज़ों को दबाने की एक सोची समझी साज़िश है. लेकिन, HCU के उदाहरण से ये साफ़ है की जब ये प्रतिरोध की आवाज़ें दलित-बहुजन और अल्पसंख्यक समुदायों से आये विद्यार्थियों की होती हैं, तो राज्य का दमन और भी तीव्र और बर्बर होता है.
हम सभी रोहित के साथ और HCU के संघर्षरत विद्यार्थियों और शिक्षकों केसाथ उनकी लड़ाई में एक जुट खड़े हैं. रोहित वेमुला की हत्या के बाद जिससंरचनात्मक अन्याय का पर्दा फाश हुआ है, उसके जवाब में देश भर में जॉइंटएक्शन कमिटी फॉर सोशल जस्टिस का गठन हुआ. रोहित की हत्या के बाद से ही, मानव संसाधन मंत्रालय का रवैय्या और मीडिया की रिपोर्टिंग ने उच्चशिक्षा संस्थानों में जातिगत उत्पीड़न और विद्यार्थियों के अधिकारों से ध्यानभटकाने की तमाम कोशिशें की, लेकिन हम रोहित की आवाज़ को दबने नहींदेंगे. आइये और इस लड़ाई में शामिल हों.
30 मार्च को एक बजे से मंडी हाउस से राष्ट्रपति भवन के मार्च में शामिल होकर,एकजुटता से ये मांगें हम रखेंगे:

Anti-Reservation remarks by Chairman of Motilal Oswal Group. File a complaint under SC/ST Act
Mr. Motilal Oswal, chairman of Motilal Oswal Group made anti-reservation remarks on twitter. Someone please file a case against Mr Motilal Oswal under SC/ST act for this tweet. Let him have a taste his ‘talent’. So called upper castes like him can become chairman of any company because of their caste not because of ‘talent’. Following tweet was posted by Motilal Oswal, chairman of Motilal Oswal Group, and was later deleted by him.
Mr Motilal Oswal has written in his description at Twitter – “proud of our values and culture”, “loves to spread positivity & happiness in a negative &cynical world” and here is the example of all that. Is this the company’s proud culture where SC/ST/OBC communities are defamed? Further he has written in his description, “Hungry for knowledge” and I would suggest him to read the history of your forefathers and the history of representation in India. Also, read some good books written by some good authors not by “chaddiwalas”!
Mr Motilal Oswal for your clarification, the bridge was being built by IVRCL, which is a private company owned by Reddy brothers, means upper castes company and there is no reservation in private sector as you may know very well. So, doesn’t bridge falling show upper castes merit? And this is not the first time this upper castes company IVRCL’s construction has failed, earlier in Jharkhand also their construction had failed. So, how much talent and merit upper caste companies want to show?? Further, Mr Motilal Oswal, whole India saw your talent (of fooling people) also when company was involvement in a series of IPO irregularities in 2003-05.
Earlier, Havells Fans had shown its castiest nature and now Motilal Oswal Group. We should boycott these companies and their products and services. What is the Merit of those upper caste Brahmins who dupe our Banks worth thousands of Crores & then flee the country? Mr Motilal Oswal should be booked under SC/ST act and should be punished for hatred towards Dalits and minority communities.

Mr Motilal Oswal deleted the tweet and posted the following message. It’s too late for the Motilal Oswal Group to hide its casteist nature and casteist mindset. We must go forward and file case against him so that no one else tries to defame Dalits & other communities availing constitution rights.
All this shows the casteist mindset of private companies in India. Even if I accept that it was “forwarded sms”, does it mean he didn’t read it before forwarding? He opened twitter and pasted that “forwarded sms” but didn’t read it? Whom you are trying to fool Mr. Motilal Oswal?
How can anyone trust such a chairman of financial company who doesn’t read before forwarding the information? Wonder how Motilal Oswal Group has survived till now, oh am I forgetting “Vyapam Merit” of upper castes? Motilal Oswal Group is an investment management group and such are the chairman who don’t read information before sharing it. I would suggest investors to back out from Motilal Oswal Group or be ready to lose money in the hands of such “Vyapam Meritwalas” upper castes!
