The Communist Party was originally in the hands of some Brahmin boys – Dange and others. They have been trying to win over the Maratha community and the Scheduled Castes. But they have made no headway in Maharashtra. Why ? Because they are mostly a bunch of Brahmin boys. The Russians made a great mistake to entrust the Communist movement in India to them. Either the Russians didn’t want Communism in India – they wanted only drummer boys – or they didn’t understand.

What Dr Ambedkar said about Communists & Socialists criticizing the Constitution of India

The condemnation of the Constitution largely comes from two quarters, the Communist Party and the Socialist Party. Why do they condemn the Constitution? Is it because it is really a bad Constitution? I venture to say no’. The Communist Party want a Constitution based upon the principle of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. They condemn the Constitution because it is based upon parliamentary democracy. The Socialists want two things. The first thing they want is that if they come in power, the Constitution must give them the freedom to nationalize or socialize all private property without payment of compensation. The second thing that the Socialists want is that the Fundamental Rights mentioned in the Constitution must be absolute and without any limitations so that if their Party fails to come into power, they would have the unfettered freedom not merely to criticize, but also to overthrow the State. – Dr.B. Comrade!

We know your love for Dalits since Dr. Ambedkar’s time. If you have forgotten, let me remind you what CPI founding member, Shripad Amrit Dange, had said during 1952 elections. In his vile call to the voters, he asked to spoil their ballots in the reserved constituency for Central Bombay rather than vote for Dr. Ambedkar. Dr. Ambedkar lost the election and attributed his defeat to communist campaign.
